Please  be aware that any of the content on our site may be out of date at a given time, and we are not obliged to update it. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Our site is made available free of charge, although parts of it may only be accessible to persons who have signed up for our services. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. While we strive to keep the content on our site updated, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. In addition to our other rights outlined in these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to prohibit your access to our site temporarily or permanently if you violate these Terms of Use in any manner, or if we have reasonable suspicion that you have done so. We cannot guarantee that our site will be completely secure or free from bugs or viruses. It is your responsibility to configure your information technology, computer programs, and platform to access our site. We recommend using your own virus protection software.

These Terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales. We agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Any individual who wishes to join AoTC, EliteMark or use our services must acknowledge that they have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

AoTC and EliteMark™ (wholly owned by Academy of Training Centres Ltd) holds no responsibility for any issues arising from training, service, or certification received from a provider who fails to comply with our terms and conditions, or who does not renew their membership with us. We advise all potential clients and students to conduct their own research and due diligence before enrolling on any program of study or receiving services from any therapist or training provider. AoTC and EliteMark™ will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from such actions.
